Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate with 2 years' experience in Health and Community Development projects
∎ Skills Required: Liaison, Negotiation Skills, Strong communication skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sh/e will organize field-based project day to day activities according to the guideline of the project proposal and supervisor.
∎ She/e will facilitate local community Health and Community Development project activities.
∎ Work very closely with the community ensuring that the community understands the project and are very involved in all aspects of the project.
∎ Sh/e oversee Projects SHG's activities and the weekly meetings of all SHG's and collection of savings / issuing of loans, and ensure proper record-keeping.
∎ Sh/e will coordinate local leaders and Volunteers and other stakeholders including Govt and NGO's
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Diverse knowledge of Health and Community Development projects
∎ Good command both in English & Bangla
∎ Requires knowledge of using personal computers including Microsoft Office Application (mandatory).
∎ Good communication and negotiation skill to develop linkage with Local level stakeholders
∎ Good staff management and supervision skill
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 19000 (Monthly)
