Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Beneficiary selection according to the IR Principle and guideline-20%
∎ Support to conduct FGD with different stockholders and communities.
∎ Conduct door to door survey to finalize beneficiary.
∎ Supervise the beneficiary's identification as per fixed selection criteria and by the methodology fixed by IR.
∎ Support to Finalize the beneficiary by ensuring endorsement and validation from relevant authorities.
∎ Project intervention monitoring-15%
∎ Supervise construction activities at the beneficiary level.
∎ Supervise and monitor each stage of the activities. Ensure that standards and instructions are given by the line manager, as well as Islamic Relief Bangladesh procedures,
∎ Monitor the working progress & ensure the quality of project activities & inform Project Coordinator.
∎ Support APO to conduct a different workshop (lesson learn, inception, exit meeting etc.)
∎ Mobilize the community people for Execution of WASH facilities -35%
∎ Conduct hygiene sessions in connection with project objectives and goals.
∎ Support to identify the feasible site for WASH facilities
∎ Facilitate caretaker training etc.) as per project requirement.
∎ Prepare different IEC materials related to construction work
∎ Do effective and appropriate networking and coordination with different stakeholders-25%
∎ Support for organized inception meetings on a different level.
∎ Formulation of the project implementation committee.
∎ Ensure the NOC after selection of scheme with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Involve UDMC & other Project implementation teams for implementation of the project
∎ Coordination & networking with stakeholders
∎ Involve UDMC & other Project implementation teams for the implementation of the project.
∎ Others-5%
∎ Propose some methodology, according to the proposal, and provide it with the experience and lessons learned from the other organizations.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor
∎ Ensure visibility of the project.
∎ Ensure the complaint response and feedback mechanism at the field level.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/ Excel/PowerPoint/Adobe Photoshop/ Basic Internet/ etc.
