Responsibilities & Context:
Receive and handle incoming customer calls professionally
Provide accurate product information and basic sales support
Communicate with customers politely and confidently in English and Bangla
Moderate and manage all social media platforms, including:
WhatsApp Business
TikTok
LinkedIn (if required)
Reply to inbox messages, comments, and customer inquiries promptly
Handle customer complaints and follow up until resolution
Collect leads from social media and forward them to the sales team
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams when necessary
