Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Upload and manage videos on YouTube channel·
∎ Oversee social media accounts - Facebook, Instagram, etc. and create compelling content (Bangla & English) prioritizing organic reach.
∎ Crafting and Publishing regular social media content ·
∎ Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
