Additional Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience managing social media for a brand (fashion or lifestyle preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content formats
  • Experience with content scheduling and analytics tools
  • Excellent English written communication and storytelling skills
  • Strong visual sensibility and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience with fashion, luxury, or craft-led brands
  • Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe)
  • Understanding of brand building for early-stage labels
  • Interest in ethical fashion, craftsmanship, or cultural storytelling

The Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to help build brand awareness, shape our digital voice, and grow an engaged community across key platforms.

Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content that reflects the brand’s values, aesthetic, and long-term vision. This role works closely with the Founder/Creative Director and contributes directly to the brand’s public perception and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a monthly social media content plan aligned with brand launches and campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day posting across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, Youtube – primary focus on Instagram)
  • Create engaging content including:
  • Reels, carousels, and static posts
  • Behind-the-scenes and process-led storytelling
  • Product launches and styling content
  • Write on-brand captions and short-form copy
  • Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, reposts)
  • Track performance and provide basic analytics and insights
  • Stay up to date with platform trends and adapt content accordingly
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers when required
