Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and grow all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
Plan, create, and publish daily content (3–5 posts per platform) consistently
Design engaging posts (static, carousel, stories) that align with brand identity
Edit high-performing short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) optimized for reach and retention
Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly content calendars
Monitor trends and convert them into brand-safe, engaging content
Analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, watch time, and growth
Optimize content strategy based on insights and data
Maintain consistent brand voice and storytelling across platforms
Manage comments, messages, and community engagement professionally
Collaborate with internal teams to align content with overall marketing goals
Support organic content scaling and coordination with paid promotions when required
