Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Social Media Manager (Full Time Basis) with good knowledge in copywriting, graphics designing, and online marketing who will grow the social media presence of our startup.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Shyamoli)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, build, maintain and grow our social media presence (remember we are a startup)
∎ Plan and implement marketing campaigns that promotes our products and brand on all online platforms.
∎ Identify new opportunities for growth and think creatively to develop innovative plans and strategies that make leads/customers.
∎ Need to know graphics designing. Canva is fine, Illustrator knowledge is preferred.
∎ Should have knowledge and experience about paid promotions, SMS marketing, email marketing etc.
∎ Analyze and write content for SEO and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
∎ Launch Optimized Digital Campaigns through Google Ad words, social media, Blog, Website & Email etc. to increase company and brand awareness and lead generation.
∎ Creating, updating, and maintaining digital marketing calendar archive and maintaining content databases (Photos, social media posts, designs, write-ups, other promotional materials, etc.).
∎ Create original content in both Bangla and English (must be fluent in both)
∎ Identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
∎ Prepare operational newsletters and persuasive email marketing strategies.
∎ Stay updated with digital marketing trends

Additional Requirements:
∎ Online marketing work experience required
∎ At least 1 year experience in any marketing agency.
