Responsibilities & Context:
Must have good knowledge of Facebook Business Suite, Instagram, and YouTube Studio.
Basic understanding of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus.
Excellent writing & communication skills in English and Bangla.
Trend-savvy, creative thinker, and team player.
Manage all official social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Plan, create, and post engaging content regularly.
Work with the design & video team to develop creative visuals and reels.
Write attractive captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.
Monitor social media trends and analytics to boost reach and engagement.
Handle messages, comments, and online customer interactions professionally.
Assist in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns.
