Proficiency in web analytics tools and online marketing techniques.

Strong communication skills and ability to craft clear, engaging content.

Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and apply them strategically.

Practical knowledge of SEO, SEM, and website optimization tools.

Creative mindset with an understanding of visual storytelling.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).

Experience using social media management tools.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with corporate brand objectives.

  • Manage all official social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.

  • Plan and oversee content calendars, posting schedules, and platform-specific activity.

  • Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.

Content Creation & Campaign Execution

  • Lead the development of engaging content, including copywriting, graphics, short videos, and promotional posts.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Branding, Design, Sales, Construction, etc.) to ensure message accuracy.

  • Execute paid and organic campaigns across social media platforms.

  • Ensure timely execution of campaign deliverables and track performance metrics.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Analyze social media insights and web analytics to evaluate content performance.

  • Generate regular reports on engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion metrics.

  • Optimize strategies based on analytical findings to improve overall digital presence.

  • Utilize SEO and SEM knowledge to enhance content visibility and platform performance.

Digital Communication & Online Presence

  • Maintain an active and professional brand voice across platforms.

  • Respond to audience inquiries, feedback, and comments in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to support integrated online campaigns.

  • Ensure consistent communication aligned with the company’s image.

Cross-functional & Agency Coordination

  • Work with creative, design, and marketing teams for content development.

  • Liaise with third-party vendors, creative agencies, photographers, and videographers.

  • Support coordination for online event promotions, digital announcements, and virtual engagements.
