Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing FairDrive’s digital presence across all major social media platforms. The role focuses on paid campaigns, organic content, influencer marketing, community management, and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Social Media Campaigns
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Run performance-driven ads for customer side audience acquisition and brand awareness.
Monitor KPIs such as CPA, CPC, reach, engagement, and conversions.
Optimize creatives and budgets based on campaign performance.
2. Organic Social Media Management
Manage and grow FairDrive’s organic presence on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
Create and maintain content calendars.
Coordinate with designers and video editors for posts, reels, and shorts.
Publish bilingual content (English + Bangla) where required.
3. YouTube Management
Manage FairDrive’s YouTube channel.
Upload, optimize, and schedule videos.
Moderate comments and manage community posts.
4. Influencer Marketing
I Identify relevant influencers for brand promotion.
Evaluate influencers based on reach, engagement, and relevance.
Coordinate meetings and collaborations.
Track influencer performance and ROI.
5. Community & Reputation Management
Respond to messages, comments, and reviews across platforms.
Handle negative feedback professionally.
Escalate critical issues internally when required.
6. Wikipedia & Brand Presence
Create, update, and maintain FairDrive’s Wikipedia page as per guidelines.
Ensure accurate and neutral brand information across platforms.
7. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Share insights and improvement recommendations with management.
