Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish daily content on company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

• Manage and monitor all social media pages using Meta Business Suite

• Create marketing scripts, captions, and content ideas to promote company services and strengthen branding

• Design posts, banners, and basic promotional materials using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools

• Produce and perform advanced editing of short promotional videos and reels for social media platforms

• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Maintain and update basic website content when required

• Plan, run, and monitor paid advertisements and prepare performance reports

• Track engagement, reach, and follower growth; prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

• Ability to create and edit reels using CapCut video editor

• Ability to create content with high potential to go viral organically

• Ability to work independently and plan social media strategy weekly and monthly

• Research competitors and analyze current market and social media trends to improve marketing strategies

• Coordinate with management and other teams for campaign planning and promotional activities

 Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or relevant discipline (preferred)

 Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3 year of experience in Social Media Management

• Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram)

• Experience in video making and advanced video editing

• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and online promotion strategies

• Ability to write marketing scripts and creative content ideas

• Must be innovative, proactive, and a problem solver

• Skilled in photo editing, video making and editing, creating posts, banners, and promotional designs

 Additional Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Bangla

• Practical knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator/AI

• Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms
