Key Responsibilities

• Act as the on-camera representative of the brand for videos including product explainers, reels, tutorials, vlogs, podcasts, and corporate messages.

• Collaborate with design and video teams to produce visually appealing and brand-aligned content.

• Keep up-to-date with local social media trends and online culture to generate fresh, relevant, and potentially viral content ideas.

• Develop clear, compelling, and engaging copy for social media posts, video scripts, and captions.

• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interactions across platforms promptly and consistently.

• Utilize analytics tools to track content performance, report on engagement, and recommend improvements.

• Work with marketing and product teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across all campaigns.

• Display strong on-camera presence with excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bangla and English.
