Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university (any discipline)
Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing
Basic English writing and communication skills
Stable high-speed internet connection and a personal computer
Willingness to learn (no prior experience required, all training will be provided)
Ability to manage time, follow instructions, and support team tasks
Responsibilities & Context:
Role Details
Salary: 5000 BDT/month
Working Hours: 9am – 6pm (Friday weekend, 1-hour lunch break, 15 mins Asar prayer break)
Requirements
Create and manage social media content for Freelanty (posts, stories, reels, and video creation/editing — training will be provided)
Write captions and short copy for social media posts
Respond to messages and engage with followers on social pages
Post blogs and perform basic on-page SEO tasks (training provided)
Monitor daily working hours of employees and prepare reports
Provide assistance to different teams when required
Perform additional tasks as directed (training will be provided)

This is a beginner-friendly role, ideal for fresh graduates interested in social media, digital marketing, and operations support. We provide full training to help you develop your skills while working 100% remotely.
