Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with top management and create and implement social media marketing strategies and campaigns across various platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
∎ Scheduling placement of content on digital media platforms Maintain the calendar (Daily, Monthly, Quarter, Yearly).
∎ Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including content & videos creation, community management, and engagement to improve the brand's awareness.
∎ Monitor and analyze social media metrics and insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
∎ Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, PR, and creative, to develop and execute integrated social media campaigns
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, customer behavior, and preferences, and share insights and recommendations with internal teams
∎ Create and manage social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, ad creation, and optimization.
∎ Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure that all digital marketing efforts are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
∎ Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools, social media analytics, and other relevant metrics.
∎ Visit the shops and look for in-shop marketing and branding
∎ Manage social media budgets and expenses, and report on ROI and campaign performance.
∎ Any other task is given by top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, with a strong portfolio of social media campaigns and content
∎ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write engaging and persuasive social media content
∎ Strong analytical skills, with experience using social media metrics and insights to inform strategy
∎ Familiarity with social media advertising tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
∎ Experience managing social media budgets and expenses
∎ Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 24000 (Monthly)
