Experience:

• 1 to 3 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
• Bachelor/Honors

• 1 to 3 years

• Age 25 to 45 years

• Candidates having Bachelor’s in HRM will get preference
• 1–3 years of HR experience in relevant field
• Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to handle factory workforce effectively

Office Hours: 9 am to 7 pm

🎯 Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

Create, plan, and publish regular content including posts, reels, and videos

Shoot and edit videos to produce engaging and high-quality content

Develop strategies to promote the brand and increase audience engagement

Plan and execute social media campaigns effectively

Monitor performance metrics and optimize content for better reach and engagement
