∎ Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in CSE, BBA MBA Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Computer Operator, Creative content writing, Sales & Marketing, Social Media Manager
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proficiency in researching and crafting thoughtful and engaging blog content, articles, landing page content, email body, and social media content to targeted audiences to help increase conversions.
∎ Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
∎ Prepare content for Social media. Proofread and edit blog posts before publication.
∎ Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles and social media posts.
∎ Promote content on social media.
∎ Identify users' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
∎ Plan and execute all web, email, social media, and display organizational campaigns.
∎ Implementing and managing social media accounts. Must have expertise on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc. to manage digital campaigns. Develop promotional materials, ideas and strategies.
∎ Analyze other brands social media pages, digital campaigns, content and captions to suggest the best possible way to generate leads for the page.
∎ Establish best practices in social media & stay up to date with digital technological developments.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Blog Writing, Creative content writing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ IT Enabled Service, Software Company, E-commerce, Clothing.
∎ Ability to effectively use a variety of social media platforms, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
∎ Need to have a good typing speed in both English and Bangla (Especially Bangla).
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Must be familiar with creating content that is optimized for SEO as well as conversions
∎ Must be reliable and able to meet all deliverable deadlines
∎ Excellent proficiency both in English and Bengali writing
