Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keeping your ear to the ground on emerging trends, identifying opportunities for innovation, growth and community building ensuring opportunities are highlighted to relevant stakeholders within the wider marketing team and implemented when appropriate.
∎ Handle Community Management by monitoring and responding to conversations with customers in both English and Bangla on each social channel, respective of brand messaging.
∎ Plan, publish and optimise the social media content calendar working closely with global markets to ensure alignment with digital marketing objectives and brand storytelling.
∎ Co-ordinate assets for organic and paid social channels, regularly communicating content and messaging updates working closely with digital designers and agencies.
∎ Best in class social design execution of established creative direction to visually create Instagram Stories, Reels, TikToks and more.
∎ Engaging with our global teams across owned and earned content on a daily basis, ensuring our brand tone of voice and values are present and launches are effective.
∎ Collaborating with PR, brand, marketing, and HR departments.
∎ Working closely with digital marketing agencies to ensure that the organic and paid social strategy is aligned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ A strategic and analytical thinker who can interpret data into meaningful insights. You have a strong understand of all platform metrics and management tools.
∎ Experience of working with agencies on paid activity and optimisation.
∎ Knowledge of GA, Facebook/Instagram analytics and attribution windows helpful for contextualizing paid and organic reporting.
