Australia – Skilled Migration Duties (Subclass 189, 190, 491)
Assess client eligibility for Skilled Independent (189), Skilled Nominated (190), and Skilled Work Regional (491) visas based on points-test criteria and current regulations.
Guide clients through Skills Assessment requirements with authorities such as ACS, VETASSESS, Engineers Australia, ANMAC, and others.
Assist with preparing and submitting Expressions of Interest (EOI) through SkillSelect.
Advise clients on point-improvement strategies to increase chances of receiving an invitation.
Prepare, review, and lodge Australian visa applications in full compliance with Department of Home Affairs policies.
Monitor state and territory nomination requirements and recommend suitable pathways for Subclass 190 and 491.
Track changes to Skilled Occupation Lists (MLTSSL, STSOL, ROL) and immigration policy updates.
Communicate with the Department of Home Affairs, skills assessment bodies, and state/territory authorities for follow-ups.
Canada – Skilled Migration Duties (Express Entry and Provincial Nominee Programs – PNP)
Assess client eligibility for Canadian immigration programs under Express Entry (FSW, CEC, FST) and various PNP streams.
Create and submit Express Entry profiles with accurate CRS calculations.
Advise clients on improving CRS scores, including work experience, education, language tests, and provincial options.
Prepare and submit complete PR applications to IRCC after receipt of an Invitation to Apply.
Recommend suitable Provincial Nominee Programs based on occupation, profile, and provincial demand.
Assist with Educational Credential Assessments (ECA) through bodies such as WES, IQAS, ICES, and CES.
Guide clients with required documents including proof of funds, job references, biometrics, and language tests (IELTS/CELPIP).
Stay updated on Express Entry rounds, PNP draw trends, and changes to Canadian immigration policies.
Communicate with IRCC and provincial immigration offices for follow-ups or clarifications.
