B.Sc. Engineering (Civil)/ Diploma Engineering (Civil) from any recognized institution.

Requirement and competencies
- Experience: B.Sc. Engineering (Civil) having five years practical experience or Diploma Engineering (Civil) having 15 years practical experience in building construction work.
- Practical experience in construction of a high-rise building with minimum two (2) basements work will be given preference. MS Word, Excel, Power Point, CAD drawing.
