Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
We are looking for a competent, proactive, and dedicated Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction works are completed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
Monitor the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
Ensure proper execution of RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, painting, and other civil construction works.
Check construction drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications before execution.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization at the site.
Identify technical issues and take necessary corrective actions in consultation with the project management team.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules and construction standards.
Measure completed work and assist in preparing work progress and quantity statements.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks according to the project schedule.
Maintain proper coordination between site teams and the head office.
Perform any other related duties assigned by the management.
