Business Analyst

Evaluate business operations and process work orders for national clients, including MCS, Safeguard, and others.

Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to understand business requirements and operational expectations.

Analyze contractor performance, service quality, turnaround times, and compliance with client standards.

Collaborate with Operations, Client Relations, and Vendor Management teams to improve workflows and business performance.

Maintain accurate business records, operational documentation, and reporting systems to ensure consistency and accountability.

Must have the ability to work in Night shift 8.00 P.M to 5.00 A.M
