We are looking for a creative, energetic and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage our digital presence, create engaging content, run advertising campaigns and convert potential customers into paying clients.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Content Creation
Manage Facebook pages, Instagram accounts, and daily activities.
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional creatives.
Write clear Bangla and English captions, copies, scripts.
Design social media creatives using Canva and editing tools.
Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
Manage lead generation campaigns through WhatsApp and Messenger.
Monitor campaign performance and improve advertising effectiveness.
Test different audiences, creatives, and advertising strategies.
Manage Facebook Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
Track ad spend, reach, leads, conversions, and sales.
Lead Management & Sales Conversion
Respond to inquiries, identify needs, and qualify prospects.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
Communicate service benefits, packages, and pricing professionally.
Maintain customer communication through WhatsApp and Messenger.
Coordinate with CV experts to ensure accurate messaging.
Maintain lead records and update daily sales reports.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
Prepare weekly reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
Analyze campaign results and identify growth opportunities.
Monitor customer engagement and lead conversion performance.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant discipline.
Candidates with practical digital marketing skills receive preference.
Experience Requirements
1–3 years of practical experience in digital marketing.
Experience managing Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Accounts.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite.
Experience running lead generation and messaging campaigns.
Experience creating social media content and promotional designs.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Facebook and Instagram marketing.
Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and targeting.
Good skills in Canva and basic video editing.
Ability to create engaging Bangla and English content.
Good understanding of WhatsApp Business and Messenger management.
Strong customer communication and sales conversion skills.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
Creative thinking, time management and problem-solving ability.
Self-motivated, responsible and target-oriented working attitude.
Additional Requirements
Practical knowledge of CapCut or similar editing tools.
Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting and campaign optimization.
Ability to handle multiple marketing activities independently.
Portfolio or examples of previous campaigns are preferred.
