Job Description
Fukang Trading Co., Ltd. is a fast-growing global e-commerce enterprise specializing in the automotive aftermarket industry, including automotive diagnostic tools, premium spare parts, and locksmith/car key programming equipment.
We are seeking a high-caliber, result-oriented Sales Manager / Team Lead based in Dhaka to build, train, and manage our local English-speaking sales and technical support team. You will lead the team to interact with international B2B and B2C clients (from North America, Europe, Middle East, etc.), convert marketing leads, and achieve global sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
Team Building & Recruitment: Recruit, onboard, and build a high-performing team of English-speaking Sales/Customer Support Executives in Dhaka from scratch.
Team Management & Training: Train the team on product knowledge (diagnostic tools, key programmers), advanced English sales scripts, and CRM systems. Manage daily KPIs and performance.
Global Sales Execution: Lead the team to handle global inbound inquiries (via Email, WhatsApp, Live Chat, Facebook Messenger) and conduct outbound follow-ups to close deals with international workshops, locksmiths, and distributors.
Process Optimization: Establish standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for lead follow-up, quotation, objection handling, and after-sales technical escalation.
Cross-border Collaboration: Report directly to Chinese management, aligning local sales operations with global marketing campaigns and inventory supply chains.
Job Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in International B2B/B2C Sales, International Call Centers, or Tech Support. Experience in managing an English-speaking sales team is mandatory.
Industry Knowledge: Background in automotive parts, electronic hardware, IT tech support, or industrial tools is highly preferred.
Language Fluency: Flawless near-native written and spoken English. Excellent communication skills capable of building trust with Western and global clients.
Technical Savvy: Quick learner with the ability to understand complex technical products (software activation, diagnostic protocols, hardware compatibility).
Shift Flexibility: Willingness to arrange team shifts to cover different global time zones (e.g., US/Europe business hours) if required.
