• Age 18 to 35 years

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure project progress as per plan.
• Monitor construction works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Assist in preparing work schedules and allocate tasks to site workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
• Verify measurements and quantities of construction materials used at the site.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and resource usage.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and architects to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure workmanship meets project and client requirements.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and implement safety measures at the site.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and update project managers and stakeholders.
• Monitor costs and ensure work is carried out within the approved budget.
• Liaise with local authorities to ensure compliance with BWDB and government regulations.
• Handle site inspections and ensure corrective actions for any non-conformities.
• Support in preparing and submitting site documentation, drawings, and approvals.
• Manage and mentor site workers and ensure discipline and productivity.
