Educational Requirements:
∎ A Diploma Engineer (Civil) with experience in construction works and the project implementation, monitoring, and reporting along with educational qualification of Diploma Engineer (Civil)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the ongoing execution of the house constructions in the field and guide the local technical persons how to work out portion of work accomplishment and allow partial payment.
∎ Collaborate with the Consultant, designated person as well as with projects for execution.
∎ Work under the guidance of Supervisor and Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of this housing project.
∎ Share and contribute the technical knowledge with project staffs for ensuring quality of purchasing housing materials and assist to procuring process as required.
∎ Internalize the interventions and approach of the current project and familiarity with Compassion standards and expectations.
∎ Walk humbly, love mercy and reflect servanthood attitude while dealing with staffs and different people groups.
∎ Work with Coordinator of Partner Organization and other staffs to select project implementation area. And other staffs to implement the project in line with approved FD-6 and operational plan as well as budget and to develop weekly plan and implement the plan and provide weekly report.
∎ Work with project staffs and volunteers on facilitation process and techniques of relationship building with different stakeholders.
∎ Work with Local project implementation and monitoring committee, Coordinator of Partner
∎ Organization and other staffs how to work maintaining a collaborative relationship with the
∎ volunteers, local leaders, and staff.
∎ Provide Monthly reports for donors including analysis of how this is contributing to achieving the long-term objectives of the project.
∎ Participate in Monthly and need-based meetings and briefings on the project with the projects and donors representative.
∎ Visit the project area on weekly basis and spend time with staffs, beneficiaries and local stakeholders as required.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the employment authority relevant to Amphans Housing Project

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
