∎ Currently experienced in reputed Multi-National/Group of company's Outlet employees will get preference.
∎ Completed MBA or BBA candidates are preferable.
∎ Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
∎ A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
∎ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet customers as they enter the outlet and offer assistance.
∎ Provide detailed information about the products and services offered.
∎ Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
∎ Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by providing expert advice.
∎ Manage inventory and ensure that the outlet is well-stocked.
∎ Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales floor.
∎ Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
∎ Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the outlet.
∎ Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
∎ Work closely with the store manager to ensure the smooth operation of the outlet.
