∎ Must be proactive, disciplined, and results-driven

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations of the showroom and ensure a seamless customer experience
∎ Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom staff
∎ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking
∎ Maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall ambiance of the store
∎ Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints efficiently
∎ Ensure sales targets are met and exceeded
∎ Coordinate with the head office regarding promotions, pricing, and product launches
∎ Maintain records, billing, and cash flow management
