Job Responsibilities:
∎ Completes store operational requirements (Inventory book, Briefing book, Google sheet, Zone report, Product requirement etc.)
∎ Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
∎ Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing relationship with potential and actual customers.
∎ Ensures availability of merchandise; maintaining inventories.
∎ Provide feedback by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; clearance sales; studying trends.
∎ Know business strategy to raise our customers and optimize profitability.
∎ Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
∎ Ensure high levels of customer's satisfaction through excellent service.
∎ Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures of Nexus.
∎ Report on buying trends, customer needs etc.
∎ Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
∎ Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers.
∎ Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.
∎ Opening Shop on time
∎ Others related activities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure
∎ The applicants should have experience in any following area(s):Showroom Manager, Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service or Sales
