Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom
∎ • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
∎ • Set sales targets and develop effective strategies to achieve them
∎ • Ensure excellent customer service and proper visual merchandising
∎ • Manage stock and inventory efficiently
∎ • Oversee billing and POS operations
∎ • Apply new ideas based on market trends
∎ • Plan and execute campaigns, product displays, and promotions
∎ Required Skills:
∎ • Strong leadership and team management skills
∎ • Good understanding of fashion and marketing
∎ • Excellent communication and customer service skills
∎ • Ability to work under pressure
∎ • Experience with computers and POS systems
