Responsibilities & Context:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
- Set sales targets and develop effective strategies to achieve them
- Ensure excellent customer service and proper visual merchandising
- Manage stock and inventory efficiently
- Oversee billing and POS operations
- Apply new ideas based on market trends
- Plan and execute campaigns, product displays, and promotions
