Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage overall showroom sales activities and ensure achievement of assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Oversee daily showroom operations, including display standards, cleanliness, and maintenance of brand image.
3. Supervise, assign duties to, and evaluate the performance of sales executives and other showroom staff, ensuring effective team management.
4. Ensure proper management of motorcycles, spare parts, and accessories inventory, including stock control and reporting.
5. Monitor cash sales, billing, bank deposits, delivery documentation, and coordination of finance/loan processes.
6. Ensure excellent customer service, handle customer complaints professionally, and coordinate with after-sales and service teams.
7. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports to management.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, discipline, and showroom security standards.
