∎ *Handle retail sales operational issues of retail sales.
∎ *Deal stock for all products for each outlet based on sales & stock analysis.
∎ *Sales & Stock analysis and set new sales projection.
∎ *Plan & execute slow moving products liquidation.
∎ *Initiatives to increase per sft sales through product diversity.
∎ *Supervise all staff to operate the retail stores smoothly.
∎ *Operations for planning & executing sales promotions and Profit protection.
