Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle retail sales operational issues of retail sales.
∎ Deal stock for all products for each outlet based on sales & stock analysis.
∎ Sales & Stock analysis and set new sales projection.
∎ Plan & execute slow moving products liquidation. Initiative for increasing per sft sales though product diversity.
∎ Supervise all staff to operate the retail stores smoothly.
∎ Operations for planning & executing sales promotions and Profit protection.
