Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for maintaining accurate showroom accounts, daily cash flow, and transaction records.
Coordinate with showroom sales staff to ensure smooth billing, invoicing, and payment collection.
Ensure adherence to company policies, VAT, and tax regulations applicable to retail operations.
Desk‑based position located in Dhaka, with structured office hours (10:00 AM – 06:00 PM) and weekly holiday on Sunday.
Daily accounts management including cash, bank, and ledger entries.
Sales reconciliation with showroom POS and manual records.
Payroll assistance for showroom staff.
Inventory coordination with accounts to ensure accurate stock valuation.
Financial reporting to management on weekly and monthly basis.
