Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be achieve sales target 100% in a month.
∎ Working on Shop Operation and Footfall Development of Business.
∎ Create Brand Strategic sales and Trend Analysis.
∎ Forecasting. Competitive Analysis.
∎ Selling initiatives, achieve the sales target and lead the team as Minigood Standard.
∎ Follow up Pricing, Display, Promotion Development
∎ Brand Development presentations
∎ Customer insight Development Company Image Marketing
∎ Company Positioning & Marketing Campaigns
∎ Strategic Marketing process and cross function with other competitors as well brand development.
∎ Event plan and activation Category wise program planning and implementation etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be hardworking, highly self-motivated.
∎ Have the ability to work under pressure. Language proficiency (English and Bangla-both verbal and written).
∎ Proven track record in Chain shop, Retail, Outlet Sales on retail product.
∎ Good negotiation skill, mentality to extended hours, Problem solving aptitude.
