∎ Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Accounting/Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for posting cost related invoices
∎ Responsible for accounting bank statements
∎ Responsible for accounting cash reports
∎ Communication with stores in terms of document verification and cash differences
∎ Settlement of card and cash revenue
∎ Settlement of sales and voucher inflows
∎ Responsible for the closing of accounting periods or financial year
∎ Organization and supervision of work within one's assigned region
∎ Establishing priorities within one's assigned market
∎ Monitoring return reports
∎ Monitoring KPI
∎ Streamlining processes and procedures
∎ Process optimization through available methods: LEAN, VBA, Excel
∎ Communication with external partners
∎ Preparation of auditing documents
∎ Team Leader support in managing the team as a whole
∎ Team Leader support within recruiting, evaluating and motivating subordinate employees
∎ Setting and monitoring KPI
∎ Creating instructions and manuals regarding current processes in use
∎ Carrying out other tasks assigned by superiors
Additional Requirements:
∎ Very good command of French and English
∎ You have at least three years of professional experience in the field of Accounts Payable Fluent knowledge of English (minimum C1 / Advanced Level)
∎ Very good knowledge of French (minimum B2 / Upper Intermediate)
∎ Solid knowledge and experience in SAP system
∎ Working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
∎ Experience with the SAP system would be an asset
∎ Team player with effective communication skills
∎ Outstanding organizational skills
∎ Motivation and ability to learn fast
