• Check and validate passenger tickets before boarding to ensure they are valid and correspond to the correct voyage.

• Ensure that passengers have the necessary documentation, such as identification and travel visas, if required.

• Assist in the orderly boarding of passengers onto the ship, ensuring that boarding procedures are followed.

• Direct passengers to the appropriate boarding areas and provide information about boarding times and procedures.

• Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer service by answering passenger inquiries regarding ticketing, boarding procedures, and ship amenities.

• Address any issues or concerns that passengers may have regarding their tickets or boarding process.

• Record Keeping

• Assist passengers with special needs, such as the elderly or disabled, to ensure they can board the ship comfortably and safely.

• Provide information about ship facilities, schedules, and services available on board.
