∎ এনজিওতে সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজে কমপক্ষে ০৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ উপজেলা পর্যায়ে অবস্থান করে মাঠ পর্র্যায়ে বিভিন্ন স্টেকহোল্ডার নিয়ে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ বাংলা ও ইংরেজীতে রিপোর্ট তৈরীর সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ কম্পিউটার পরিচালনায় (এমএস ওয়ার্ড, এমএস এক্সেল, পাওয়ার পয়েন্ট, ইমেইল) দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ এনজিওতে সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজে কমপক্ষে ০৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ উপজেলা পর্যায়ে অবস্থান করে মাঠ পর্র্যায়ে বিভিন্ন স্টেকহোল্ডার নিয়ে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ বাংলা ও ইংরেজীতে রিপোর্ট তৈরীর সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।

∎ জাতীয় পর্যায়ে বে-সরকারী উন্নয়ন সংস্থা সীমান্তিক কর্তৃক বাস্তবায়িত বাংলাদেশ আমেরিকা মৈত্রী প্রকল্পের জন্য জরুরী ভিত্তিতে নিম্নবর্ণিত পদে সম্পূর্ণ অস্থায়ী ভিত্তিতে লোক নিয়োগের জন্য বাংলাদেশী নাগরিকদের নিকট থেকে দরখাস্ত আহবান করা হচ্ছে।

It has since expanded its activities to cover wide ranging geographical and programmatic areas like non-formal and formal education, skill training, primary health care, reproductive health, family planning, newborn care, health research, non communicable disease, environmental development, women`s development, income generating activities and disaster relief.
Vision: Shimantik`s vision is to bring a social movement to empower disadvantage people, especially women and children of Bangladesh.
Mission: Shimantik`s mission is to create an enabling environment for integrated development initiative aim at betterment of underserved populace to ensure quality service and technical assistance in health, educaiton, environment, research, human resource development and other multi-dimensional approaches.
