Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitors Mill shift operations and directs the crew to meet safety, quality, operation, process and production targets/objectives.
∎ Monitor and ensure throughout of Raw material into the process.
∎ Actively Participate in trouble shooting process.
∎ Increase machine uptime.
∎ Actively monitor and ensure end product quality.
∎ Observe machine behavior and take necessary prompt actions.
∎ Take corrective maintenance actions.
∎ Cooperate with other stakeholders for smooth operation of the shift.

∎ Age at least 35 years
