Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum H.S.C in Science/ Diploma in Agriculture / Farm CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division or equivalent result
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper shed cleaning, washing, sand filling, Strong Bio-security of Bull Shed, all feeds & fodder for all breeding Animals (Feed, Treatment, Medicine, Vaccination, Exercise, Hoof trimming etc.) routinely
∎ Manage all workers and inform all necessary information to the concerned
∎ Accomplish hoof treatment and foot bath of all Breeding Animals
∎ Keep up-date of all Register
∎ Help to veterinary Surgeon for Animal Treatment
∎ Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in animal sector will be given preference
∎ Must have knowledge in animal food and nutrition
∎ Must have knowledge in safety, hygiene and cleanliness of the shed
∎ Must have knowledge about productive bull preparations
∎ Able to work in a team and under pressure
∎ Have the skill of effective communication and multitasking
