Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have HSC/ Diploma in Agriculture with minimum 2nd class/ division or CGPA 2.00/ 2.50 or equivalent result in all academic examinations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper shed cleaning, washing, sand filling etc.
∎ Ensure all feeds & fodder for all breeding Animals routinely.
∎ Manage all workers and inform all necessary information to the concern.
∎ Ensure hoof treatment and foot bath of all Breeding Animals.
∎ Ensure (Feed, Treatment, Medicine, Vaccination, Exercise, Hoof trimming etc) up-date of all Register.
∎ Help to veterinary Surgeon for Animal Treatment.
∎ Ensure Strong Bio-security of Bull Shed.
∎ Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Do other duties as assigned.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in animal sector will be given preference
∎ Technical knowledge on animal behavior
∎ Sound knowledge on quality semen collection
∎ Must have the skill of multitasking
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.
