Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as point of contact for local partners to communicate with stakeholders from both organizations
∎ Work with the management team to resolve any gaps to make sure project operations are smooth
∎ Maintain organizational standards of quality and performance according to humanitarian principles
∎ Assist in strengthening coordination and relationships with other Community Health networks at the camp level for successful collaboration in implementation of SRH services
∎ Build capacity of camp-based CHV leadership team and female CHVs to provide SRH services and education at the household level
∎ Ensure relevant information is shared/communicated between local partners, and relevant government offices for timely project execution and reporting
∎ Conduct field visits for monitoring and supervision
∎ Assist in planning and implementation of SRH activities
∎ Provide support to CHV leadership team as they oversee SRH outreach activities
∎ Regular Responsibilities
∎ Train, mentor, and monitor CHVs to provide SRH services and education in their catchment areas
∎ Share bi-weekly work plan with Medical Program Manager (PM)
∎ In collaboration with CHV Program Officer (PO), provide general support to the CHV leadership team
∎ Prepare and submit minutes/notes from meetings and monitoring visits to Medical PM
∎ Attend and participate in coordination meetings, staff meetings, and trainings as necessary
∎ Disseminate information related to the program to management in a timely manner
∎ Support Field M&E Coordinator and CHV leadership team in data collection as needed
∎ Participate in evaluation of indicators to monitor impact and contribute to program design
∎ Support visiting consultants, donors, collaborators as needed in collaboration
∎ Remain flexible to carry out any other responsibilities as requested by relevant staff
∎ Identify gaps, challenges, and needs and develop mechanisms to resolve these issues at the camp level
∎ Manage daily logistics and administrative issues regarding daily operations, trainings, financial transactions, etc.
∎ Collect feedback from the field, document incident reports, and share with Medical PM.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have a thorough understanding of Health projects and services to represent in meetings
