Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Program Manager (PM) in design, implementation, and evaluation of health program according to humanitarian standards
∎ Assist PM to evaluate progress against work plan, log frame, and budget every month
∎ Assist in strengthening relationships with partners for successful implementation of project activities
∎ Ensure that relevant information is shared/communicated between local partners, and relevant government ministries for timely project execution and reporting
∎ Supervise CHV Program Officer and SRH Program Officer to manage outreach health services
∎ Assess capacity of Rohingya Coordinators/Team Leaders/Volunteers, identify shortcomings, and monitor field level implementation
∎ Assist PM through project cycle management
∎ Regular Responsibilities
∎ Build capacity of Rohingya CHVs to provide quality health services according Terms of Reference by Health sector
∎ Represent at stakeholder coordination meetings and attend staff meetings and trainings as necessary
∎ Provide support to M&E team as needed
∎ Support visiting Fellows/Consultants as needed
∎ Conduct monthly program monitoring visits and provide supporting documentation to assist PM in reporting
∎ Remain flexible to carry out any other responsibilities as requested by Senior Management.
