Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess livelihoods needs of populations affected by the FDMN community in Rohingya camps Cox's Bazar
∎ Support local NGOs partners in planning and implementation of program development through technical advice on participatory community engagement, consultation, and project design
∎ Develop and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders and local authorities
∎ Work with GBV team to develop relevant methodologies, problem solving tasks, rights-sensitive and practical responses to improve the impact of program, especially with women and girls
∎ Analyze local context to inform and contribute to program planning and design
∎ Make regular monitoring visits to partner organizations and project implementation sites to review progress of work and provide strategic inputs, in particular to ensure program obligations for annual and monthly planning and reporting are properly met
∎ Work with Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator to ensure the log frame is effectively adopted
∎ Assist capacity building of partner organizations to develop livelihood program per humanitarian standards
∎ Ensure relevant information is shared/communicated between local partners, and relevant government offices for timely project execution and reporting
∎ Attend meetings and trainings as instructed
∎ Mentor and coach Livelihood Center team to ensure proper program implementation
