Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strengthen relationships with partner organizations for successful implementation of community-based activities
∎ Liaise with camp-based management entities, including Camp-in-Charge (CiC), Site Management (SM), RRRC, and other stakeholders
∎ Attend weekly meetings at the camp level for all programs
∎ Submit weekly data to camp-based management entities as needed
∎ Assist bringing supplies to and from the field
∎ Communicate with program managers to offer support in the field as needed
∎ Facilitate participatory program monitoring to assess activities and outputs regularly
∎ Carry out duties in a manner that promotes equity and respect for all local partners and beneficiaries by understanding their norms, culture and local context
∎ Sustain good relationships and coordination with local partners, authorities, and other relevant stakeholders
∎ Provide weekly and monthly progress report
∎ Create and implement work-plan for project duration
∎ Organization Representation
∎ Represent at respective meetings at RRRC, UNO and DC office in Cox's Bazaar level when required
∎ Support and accompany Program Managers and/or management team in liaison issues with authorities.
