Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Preferably in Diploma/BSc in Textile/ Electronics/ Electrical/EEE.
∎ Skills Required: Business Negotiation, Computer Proficiency, Strong communication skills , Strong leadership and team management skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have leadership quality to inspire and manage the engineers.
∎ Selling / supervising engineer / engineer scheduling/ solve customers query etc.
∎ Reporting department report to the MD/ director in daily basis.
∎ Customer service, good communication, marketing expertise and leadership ability are among the skills required for this position. Should have a good capability to communicate in English language.
∎ Should be well behaved, a good listener, keep effective coordination with supervisors, co-workers, customers, delivery agents and others by excellent handling capabilities through effective communication skills.
∎ In addition to face-to-face conversations, use the Cell phone, email, and other possible methods for continued connection.
∎ Must be determined to solve problems to find solutions for customers' needs and be detail and results oriented.
∎ Manage individual performance and overall department objectives to promote continuous improvement.
∎ Lead interdepartmental collaboration to identify and resolve problems.
∎ Collaborate with HR and other departments in the training and development processes.
∎ Should able to work independently and know how to use the necessary information technology
∎ Must be hard working and should have the capability to work under pressure.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive remuneration package will be offered for deserving candidates.
