Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Importer, Indenting

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Must have good knowledge in Instrument Technology

• Candidates should have the troubleshooting and problem-solving capacity

• Good communication & presentation skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply

• Perform on-site Installation, Repair, Maintenance and Qualification of Chromatography systems (HPLC, UPLC, ICP-OES etc.);

• Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventative maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance;

• Provides a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer;

• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback;

• Develops and conducts training on the safe operations of the equipment and demonstrates skills to trainees, including both team members and customers;

• Maintains company assets (tools, laptop etc.) in good and working condition;

• Ability to work independently, and as part of a group, to accomplish individual and team objectives;

• Independently resolve routine customer satisfaction issues;

• Preparing documents and submitting to the clients on time with proper analysis/recommendation, provide weekly service report;

• Assisting the Head of Service for all the Assigned task time to time;

• Need honesty, integrity and Proactiveness.
