Responsibilities
Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and utility systems
Ensure smooth functioning of lifts, generators, pumps, HVAC, and related services
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for maintenance works
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely solutions
Maintain service logs, reports, and compliance records
