Responsibilities
Promote and sell apartments, commercial spaces, plots, and investment products.
Generate leads through direct marketing, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and update CRM/database regularly.
Participate in property fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Support marketing campaigns and brand development activities.
