• Must have completed post Bachelor in Science (B.s.c) Civil Engineering.

• Age At least 26 years

• Must have 8-10 years’ experience.
• Develop and implement construction strategies aligned with the company`s overall objectives.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery.
• Implement effective project management methodologies to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, clients to ensure project alignment and compliance.
• Monitor project costs, expenses, and financial performance to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project statuses, performance, and other relevant metrics.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery.
